It is owned by Neville Beard, who has worked with teenagers and young adults in Johannesburg, South Africa since 1982 as a teacher, coach, lecturer, facilitator and mentor.
Marc Pienaar is our very talented webmaster and internet guru! Meira Putman provides enthusiasm and lots of know how in designing websites and making things work. She is busy redesigning our website as you read this! Added value partners, such as the Lapalala Wilderness School and FirstStep, have been identified and chosen based on their commitment to excellence and their core principles.
